Do I need an appointment?
No. We’re walk-in. Just bring your shoes in during business hours.
How long do repairs take?
Simple jobs (heel taps, shines, small stitches) are often same-day. Standard repairs run about a week. We’ll give you a pickup date at drop-off — and keep it.
How do I get my shoes back?
Keep your claim ticket and bring it (plus ID) at pickup. Payment is due when you collect your shoes.
Is there anything you can’t fix?
Sometimes. If a shoe isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you honestly before you spend a dime — that’s the free estimate.
Do you work on sneakers or designer shoes?
Yes — sneakers, boots, dress shoes, designer pairs, dance shoes, and more. Send photos through the quote form if you’re unsure.
